Long Time No See

Last night I realized how long it has been since I last updated! I can't begin to try to remember what all has happened so I'll do like I've done sometimes before, bullet points :)

*My best friend visited from Boise and just us girls went to a Mariner's game which was her very first pro-anything event!

*I got to meet my niece! Hadley has severe acid reflux and spent several days in the hospital while trying to diagnose it and figure out how to manage it. All is well now, but we'll be happy when she outgrows it eventually!

*My parents, Dellas, Jaxson and I spent a week in New Meadows, ID over the 4th of July. We spent lots of time on my dad's new 4-wheelers and did a little horseback riding.

*Jaxson had his 9 month check up: 21 lbs (60th%) and 29.75 inches (90th%)

*He now crawls, pulls himself up on everything and is starting to stand for short periods of time unassisted

*This summer has been GORGEOUS so we've been go, go, go doing fun things outside while it lasts!

Lastly I'll leave you with some videos to enjoy:
First, is just showing him crawling around, he likes to "pedal" with his right leg which I think is funny.

This one shows as best I could him standing a little on his own while "helping" me unload the dishwasher - which usually means taking out the silverware and dropping it on the floor one-by-one.

Lastly, I always show the happy moments so I decided to capture him yelling at me. He's making this sound lately whenever he's frustrated with something or getting tired. Then it ends with his blowing bubbles which he's been doing a lot lately.

Welcome Hadley Christine!

On the 19th my sister gave birth to my one and only niece, Hadley Christine. She is 6lbs 12oz and 19.5" long...very close to Jaxson's size and also born 2wks early. But mom, dad and baby are doing fabulous and got to go home last night. I'm hoping to make the trip back over to Spokane very soon to meet this little bundle and can't wait!

Happy 1st Father's Day Dellas!

Dellas didn't even realize today was Father's Day until I told him :-P Typical Del. Unfortunately, I hurt my back really bad last week so my plans to make it more special didn't quite happen. However, he proved even more how great of a daddy and hubby he is by stepping up and working short hours for 3 days to take care of me and Jaxson.
So tonight we went out to dinner to somewhere we've never been, The Rock Wood Fired Pizza; he even let me take a few pics beforehand!

I should've posted this earlier since there's already been 3 days of voting but I've been a little out of commission. I got a request tonight for more pictures of Jaxson ;-) I've been meaning to post a few from recently anyway so no better time like the present.
The video is Jax eating a week or so ago. He's become quite the opinionated eater, as in he expresses his opinion between bites!

Can't wait for the weather to warm back up again because Jax and I sure LOVED getting outside everyday; even if it was to just sit in the backyard. We definitely got teased with about 10 days of 75-85 degree weather earlier this month but now we're setting record lows for our highs (about 52) and back to rain (which our yard was in need of.)

Also, he has about outgrown his infant seat (by length, not weight) so it was time to get a new one. It's been an adjustment because I can't just tote him around in his seat during my errands. It is kind of fun to have him hanging out with me (he likes to hold the grocery list. and by hold I mean eat) but I just have to make sure I time my errands right so I have a well fed and "napped" baby :)
